First off, let’s talk about perspective. Imagine your stress as a mischievous gremlin. Sure, it’s annoying, but it’s manageable. Instead of feeding it after midnight, why not give it a time-out with a good laugh? Humor is a powerful tool—it’s like the Swiss Army knife of coping mechanisms. When the printer jams for the third time today, channel your inner comedian: “Well, looks like even the printer is on a break. Should I take the hint?”


Next, embrace mini breaks. Think of them as life’s little commercial interruptions. Stand up, stretch, and maybe do a quick jig. If anyone asks, just say you’re practicing your 'meeting dance' moves.


Lastly, remember that you’re not alone in this stress fest. Share a joke, a smile, or a funny meme with a colleague. Laughter is contagious, and suddenly, the workload seems a little lighter.
