"What is stress and how can you manage it?"
Stress is your body's way of responding to a threat or excessive demand on your body or mental resources. When you sense danger, whether it is real or perceived—the body's defences step-up a gear and generally trigger our “fight-or-flight” mode. This is a natural and extremely useful system, however, in today’s modern world it is easy for this system to be triggered continuously which can be extremely damaging to your work performance and also your health.
Don’t worry. There are ways to manage and overcome stress so that you can continue to perform well at work and stay healthy.
I work with you using two techniques, cognitive behavioural and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). These help to relieve your stress and build good habits to prevent stress in the future. The effects are immediate and immense.
